Documents submitted for filing must be accompanied by a completed Electronic Filing Form.

For criminal matters, the subject line of your email should use the following naming convention: FILE NUMBER (if available) – STYLE OF CAUSE – TYPE OF DOCUMENT.

If multiple documents are submitted in one email, each document must be attached as a separate file.

The body of the email should include a list and description of the document(s) attached and the name, role (ie. lawyer, agent, Crown, defence, etc.) and contact information of the person submitting the request.
