Email filing is not permitted, unless there are exceptional circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Court currently does not have an electronic filing system. The email filing that has been permitted over the last several months was a temporary measure to address the restrictions in place as a result of COVID-19. Small claims may be filed in person, by mail or by fax in Whitehorse, Dawson City and Watson Lake.
Claims sent by fax must be followed up by mailing original documents.
